This Is A Problem

An Enjoyable week it shall be said, i have given up drink for lent and it feels awesome.Monday - Recovered from the previous night's carnage!Tuesday - Not really sure what i did this day... not much i dont think.Wednesday - A nice wee 12 hour shift back in the mad house. Team leader, piece of piss, one of the easiest days iv done. Finished, and headed up to the tron with Joanna to meet mike and his band of merry men. This would be my first night out not drinking, and i have to say it was sound. Just watching all they other cunts getting hammered drinking traffic lights. Mike then turned on the serious chat, and i remember it! John poured my pint of water on the floor, so i poured my next one over him. In the future, i dont think il bother getting water, it just makes things worse!! Unfortunately, there always reaches a point when everyone else is far too steaming for you to bear. This happened when Johnny Steel orchestrated the whole fucking group to sing some shite song in a shite voice, iv never heard anything more annoying. I just left.Thursday - Same script at work, except only did a half day. Went to see Chutes and Make Model with Mike, Aij, Laura, Wilson, Ross, Maisie, Martin, Claire, Plus every other cunt that was there. Took the machine with me. Got myself a nice wrap which was spicy as fuck! Chutes, awesome as usual(think iv seen them like 8 times in the past month haha) The place was a wee bit quiet.Iv never seen make model before, they were gooood. To quote mike "I think this is the best thing iv ever heard. Ever." The sound was ace, lights were ace - totally makes the difference having a crew and money to spend!. Managed to get a tasty wee mix cd for driving with. Drove back with 6 of us in the car(including martin, whos a tall fucker!) We got there in the end, and i rallied it back to the tryst.Friday - Went into town to buy a barrage of gig tickets!(infact i may have done this the day before) Dykeenies, The Subways, Forward Russia!!! I dont know anyone else going to The Subways, so let us know if anyones interested?? Their amazing. I love music. Oh yeah.Friday night time shift, pretty dull, pretty funny, pretty mad pretty boobs. Couldve been worse, but left me fucked for the morning.Saturday - Concierge starting at 11. Mike was gay and went home instead of queing for T tickets...for the 3rd year in a row!!POOFThe shift was ok, quiet thing where the fringe council met prosepective acts for the fringe. Sat on the net for 5 hours, piece of piss. Alistair gave me some food which saved me i think!Went home and slept.Sunday - Billy Liar practise at the Depot(oo). Now i know 10 on a sunday morning is early, but come on guys! Maybe its because im not drinking i was able to get up easy and fresh. Went to Paulas to pick up iain, had to phone him 8 times before he came down. Without any shoes on. and absolutely fucked. Went to pick up john, 5 mins late...stole my coffee(which i dont drink anyway, so whatever) Was meeting dave at the depot, cos he was at frasers anyway. Dave was running very late, so me and iain went outside the general area that frasers flat was in(didnt know what one) and shouted "DAVE". Eventually he came down. Got practise underway, and it sounded shit, but maybe that was the earplugs. The Depot is veery good, and will be good once it gets off the ground. Nice ampeg stack! Went to mcdonalds then went home and slept!!Working A Fair bit this week, plus Gig at the Hive on wednesday. Not sure what itl be like since we dont fit into the genre of the night, but we'l see what happens! Goin to see Dykeenies on sunday too which should be ace!Ps - KILLING IN THE NAME OF T IN THE PARK YAAAA
