That time of week

So, the past week eh - how interestingSunday night was the last night for Jimmy Carr, and the Burlesque girls - they were going to smeagol tent(smeeaagol)- i went to cav - (as an afterthought, i never once went to the tent - shit - did try one night, but it was about 6 in the morning) - finished about 130, went and met corrine who also finished then, headed to cav, stone cold sober - drank very fast, while meeting everyone in the world - a pleasant suprise was uncle tom. stayed till about 330ish maybe, then headed to opium to meet kyle, on the way there, corrine decided she was too drunk, so we tried to find her a taxi. went to opium, couldnt find anyone - great - went to the hive - couldnt find anyone - found alec lying on the ground outside, so i went and bought a pepporoni pizza - i hate them.Woke up drunk on monday to john phoning me, went and picked him up from captain jakils house, and we drove to perth(hit 100 yes!) On our return, something happened, i cant remember what.I think i was working on tuesday, not too sure really.Wednesday, did an 8-6 or something which was no doubt shit, then went to bed - since i had an early start the next morn i was wanting to hit pub early, but noone was game so i slept.Thursday, did a 14 hour day, starting at 630am!!! after that went to whistle binkies where i met the rest of the billy liar crew. I met my mortal enemy, being the barman at whistle binkies. Went to the tron for some cheap drinks. back to binkies - Bill was doing an acoustic set, it turned out his guitar was broken from the previous weeks chaos(this would have ramifications for the next night). After the set, me john stina and jo(the girl) did karaoke at chasers. I sang 3am(was tempted by purple rain, but did not wish to embarass my self), and stina sang friday im in love. Then to opium where daves arcane core bandmates were doing an acoustic set of covers - good fun. At 12 it became cormacs birthday, celebrate. Had a practise for BLAST at hollyrood high school on friday morning, which was good fun(mental xylaphone stuff) finshed just before 1, and was getting ready to make the short trip to daves practise room, where i was meeting the guys for a practise. John phoned me asking where i was - we had covered the night before i would be at hollyrood, so wouldnt give them a lift - drunken minds were confused, so i went to pick them up. stopped at tescos for petrol, only to have my card rejected due to a lack of me being paid. so had to wait for john to run down and help me out, total joke. After wanting to leave for our gig in dundee around 4, we left closer to 6, and made it their 10 mins before we were due on. Not enough time to check broughs guitar we had borrowed, therefore we didnt notice iains strap did not fit, and there was no time for a decent solution. No acoustic guitar.. joke. iain+the others were fucked, iain fell about the stage(nothing new there) the promoter didnt like the way we were treating the stage and (shite) audience, therefore we had to come off after 2 songs. joke. getting iain home was another joke, he was behaving in an innaproppriate manner. got to charlottes around 12, finally i could drink, sat and had a pleasant drink. Worked 12-6 the next day, 6 long hours of listening to jesus music! Then straight to the pub for craigs leaving do, very drunk.. although not as drunk as i was expecting, i decided to go home at some point therefore saving myself - still very drunk though. sunday i met nick at the links for the football, watched like 3 games, and got drunk and had scampi. went to the meadows for the firworks, very cold and ultimately disappointing - some cool stuff tho. then met iain for a quick drink at the usual spot, it was his birthday. i had to leave early due to driving to perth in the morning - shame, give me a week or 2 il have my morning drunk driving perfected. This is my first week at uni, just gonna be spent meeting people and getting to know the building i imagine, should be good though. Gigging this weekend, got a festival in arbroath(interesting)on the friday, then a gig at bannermans on sunday which shall be dedicated to the birthday of our dear roisin.Bye
