BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNGG

This week was BOOOORING - na it was ok. Monday, was in perth 9am sharp, didnt stay there long, got given some stuff - then went home. Theres another guy commuting through, called mike - company for the drive.Wednesday, drove to livingston to have a guy look at my license plates -woohooThursday, uni in the morning, again didnt really do much - just got given stuffFriday, same deal.Il mention at this stage, the reason the week has been so boring is due to the fact im having to drive to perth each morning, meaning i have to be sober enough to drive. tis a shame. Also, im gonna have bloody loads of work to do soon. The weekend of no sleep:Saturday, work from 6am till 12, then Billy boys met me at the EICC, we loaded the car up - chin chin came too, drove to arbroath - everyone on a strict sobriety rule until 13 miles outside arbroath. stuck on the fucking forth road bridge for an hour. after dundee, theres a series of roundabouts but the limits 70. i missed a sign for a roundabout, though oh FUCK, hit the brakes - dropped into fourth gear, hit the roundabout at about 50 miles an hour - not very good. narrowly missed a car..heart was racing.Arbroath itself was a fucking joke, 2 stages, 20 bands - our stage didnt have a bass amp, sound engineer, or any lights. the promoter(nice enough guy, just aiming too high too soon) said he'd try and get us and the middens on the other stage. A few hours later we got told we couldnt play. we got about £90 for our troubles, through various means. It was full of fringcore bands, enter shikari wannabees - nothing terribly bad that i saw, just nothing interesting. i had my 2 alloted beers(does anyone know what the limit is for driving?) i was gonna sign some chicks tits after we'd played..but we didnt play. John and his drugs were cunted. The middens luckily managed to get us a spot that night at hustlers in dundee(the venue we were banned from the week before) the manager was suprisingly sound, and we redeemed ourselves suitably, so we're no longer banned!Got back to edinburgh with a car full of sleeping ppl, dropped everyone in johns basement then i went home.Sunday, worked 9-6 then dropped all our gear off at bannermans. Met the guys at johns bus stop, cracked a can - this is how billy liar gigs should be, everyone drunk. It seems my piss has the consistency of maple syrup. Our fans are all skint, tickets were £4 so we had an army of liars standing at the door listening, was our best set in a while - sound phat as phuck, noone TOO drunk - good crack. Went to opium to meet folk for Roisins birthday, had some vodka. Good night. My wrist is hurting, im not sure why, but im guessing i strained it through driving, bass playing or something else. hopefully itl get better soon, could cause some problems. This coming week, iv got proper shit at uni, a few practice sessions and im doing concierge on saturday. Decided on a trip to sterling for 5,6,7th oct - anyone up for coming get in touch.Take it funny
